Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery Areas

Delivery to Northern Beaches, North Shore, CBD and Eastern Suburbs at this current time. 

Delivery Days

All of our deliveries are made to order and need to be submitted by 5pm Australian EST for next day delivery. Orders submitted after this time won't be able to be delivered until the following day. You may also select a specific date for delivery. 

We deliver Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Our shop may close at times due to large scale events, orders will not be taken during this time. 

Delivery Times

Flowers will be delivered by 5pm of the requested delivery date. 

Authority to Leave

All orders are delivered based on the authority to leave the arrangement if the recipient is not home or available.

If there is no safe place to leave the delivery we will contact you and return the flowers to FloraFolks studio and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery at an extra cost, this must be before 3pm for same day delivery.  A refund will not be issued for flowers that were not able to be delivered.  And a new arrangement may be required to be ordered if you require fresh flowers. 

Flower Selection

All arrangements are made to order and flowers will be hand selected by your floral designer based on seasonal & market availability. Colours will be selected based on the colour palette chosen however will vary from order to order. Flowers and plants are natural products and have differences and can be impacted by environmental factors. 

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of orders must be made by 5pm the day before delivery date by emailing hello@florafolk.com.au or calling 0406 755 880 and a full refund will be supplied. 

Florafolk does not over refunds for delivered items. However if you are not satisfied with the arrangement or product please contact us directly as soon as possible at hello@florafolk.com.au or 0406 755 880.

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are supplied to us. We do not offer refunds for incorrect details provided for delivery. Delivery can be rearranged at an extra delivery cost by must be done by 3pm the day of delivery.
