Bespoke Wedding Floral Design 


Our bespoke service is working together to create your dream wedding floral vision. Custom designs tailored just for you, whether it be your ceremony arch, magical hanging installations to your bouquets.



Booking Process


  • An initial complimentary phone consultation to chat about your vision and requirements, from there we can gauge an approximate high level ballpark range cost estimate for a wedding of your size. 
  • If you love our work and this meets with your budget expectations, then we then love to catch up over coffee for an in depth personal design consultation.
  • Due to the limited number of bespoke bookings we offer, amount of thought and consideration that goes into our bespoke floral design proposals, we have a $150 personal consultation and design fee (credited towards your quote if you would like to proceed with your booking).


With your $150 design fee:

  • FLORAL BRIEF: In depth personal design and planning consultation to create your floral design brief.
  • FLORAL DESIGN PROPOSAL: detailed and itemised floral design proposal with recommendations, costings and reference / inspiration images. 

After booking your date:

  • CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: Delivery of visual mood board, highlighting key flowers and colour palette, we will refine this until you are 100% happy.
  • CLIENT SERVICE: Regular updates, unlimited phone and email communication throughout your wedding planning.
  • ORDERING & PLANNING: We source the finest seasonal,  florals and special materials fresh from our local growers and markets. 
  • CO-ORDINATION: with relevant vendors, venues and suppliers to co-ordinate your floral design on your special day!
  • ON THE DAY: delivery, installation and styling of your florals. If required we also provide a pack down or flower wrapping service.

How far in advance do you take bespoke bookings?
Up to one year in advance of your wedding, however we highly recommend that bespoke weddings are booked at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. 

Is there a minimum spend for your bespoke service?
During peak season, Friday - Sunday weddings have a minimum spend of $3000 plus GST including delivery, set up and pack down if required. 

Winter weddings (June - August) there is a minimum spend of $2000 plus GST for our bespoke service.

If our bespoke service isn't suitable we also offer a range of tailored packages and bridal party orders

Do you cater to out of Sydney areas?
Yes we certainly do! We can adventure to areas including the Southern Highlands, Kangaroo Valley, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley and beyond. 

What days can we book in for a personal consultation?
As we are normally working on weddings on the weekends we hold our consultations Tuesdays - Thursdays, through Winter we may have some Saturday availability.
